A privileged stay
We offer to privatize the west wing of the estate in the form of a gîte for 6 people.
Thus, you benefit exclusively from a space of 200 m2 which is accessed, on the garden side, by an independent entrance.
On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
These open directly onto the terrace, the Barbecue area (WEBER gas model) and the garden.
Upstairs are the bedrooms.
The first, with a surface area of 38 m2, is a double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with independent bathroom, separate WC and lounge area.
The second is an 86 m2 suite made up of two communicating rooms (a double bed 160 x 200 in the first and two single beds 90 x 200 in the second); these two bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate toilet.
Each of the rooms has a seating area.
All beds are luxury hotel quality.
Bed linen (long fiber Egyptian cotton and natural linen) is provided, as are towels and bath linen for the swimming pool.
End of stay cleaning is provided by us and included in the price, as is daily cleaning on request.
The thickness of the old walls and the quality of the ecological insulation materials guarantee a pleasant temperature in summer, without the use of air conditioning.
However, for the comfort of our visitors, a Dyson fan is available in the 3rd bedroom which is an attic space.
The swimming pool is a stone's throw from the gîte, in the heart of the park, lined with century-old trees in generous shade.
A covered car park allows vehicles to be parked out of the sun; it is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles
